UK Judge rules that Apple must post disclaimer that Samsung did not copy Apple
In a bit of an odd move, a UK judge has ruled that Apple must post a disclaimer on both Apple.com as well as in UK based newspapers that Samsung did not copy Apple and the iPad with the design of it’s Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. This comes a week after the same judge deemed the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 simply “not as cool” as the iPad.
The judge ruled that Apple must keep the disclaimer on their website for at least six months. Apple could presumably appeal the court’s decision, and I would imagine they they’ll do just that sooner rather than later.
