Windows Server 2012 on TechNet.

Microsoft has today released Windows Server 2012 to both TechNet and MSDN subscribers, nearly a month after the product’s code was finalized. Subscribers can now download x64 ISOs (there are no 32-bit versions of Windows Server 2012) of the new product, as well as generate valid keys for testing and development.

Microsoft’s servers are getting hammered right now, so expect slow download times and connection drops. We’ll have more on Windows Server 2012 as the days go by.
