Looking to get your hands on either the basic Kindle Fire or the Kindle Fire HD 7″? Well today’s your lucky day – according to the Kindles’ product pages, these devices are now in stock and available for purchase.
To overview, the basic Kindle Fire costs $159 and new includes double the RAM, a beefier processor, and enhanced battery life over last year’s Kindle Fire. The Kindle Fire HD 7″ is a brand new addition to the Kindle Fire line, and features a high DPI display (what Apple would classify as a “Retina” display), HD webcam with a new, specially designed Skype application and 16GB or 32GB of storage, and is also shipping today for a very reasonable $199.
The (very) slightly updated original Kindle is also shipping, now coming in a black color for only $69.
