Microsoft last gave MSN.com a makeover in December of 2009, and the design has remained pretty much consistent since then, leaving some to wonder how serious Microsoft was about the famous internet portal. Question that no more, as Microsoft has just announced that they’ll be giving the portal a massive makeover and relaunching the entire site, complete with a new, in-house news team on October 26th.
