Google announces Nexus 7 (32GB + Mobile) for $299
Challenging the rumors a bit, Google today announced their expected update to the Nexus 7 line today – and it’s not quite as exciting as sources led us to believe. What we do get, however, is a new model with 32GB of built in storage and a HSPA+ radio – that’s right, there’s no LTE to be found here.
The new Nexus 7 (32GB + Mobile) arrives at $299 and can be used with a data plan from either T-Mobile or AT&T, however Google’s leaving it up to the user to grab a plan as the device comes unlocked from Google with an empty micro-SIM card slot. The Nexus 7 (32GB + Mobile) will be available on November 13th on the Google Play store for a variety of different countries, including the United States, the UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, and Canada.
