Microsoft offers $80 4-year Office subscription to college students

Good deal alert: Microsoft has just announced what they’re calling the Office 365 University subscription, which gives students enrolled in colleges and universities around the world access to the full Microsoft Office suite for four year, for just $80. That’s a $20 discount from the standard Microsoft Office 2010 Student pack that Microsoft had previously recommended to students.

The deal also comes with 27GB of SkyDrive cloud storage, so you’ll have plenty of space to put all of your documents or whatever else. Microsoft is even throwing in 60 free Skype world minutes so you can call your friends and family’s cell (or landline) phones without being additionally charged. The subscription is good for not just one, but two computers.

So if you’re a college student living without Microsoft Office, now’s your time to snag a great deal from Microsoft. Office 365 University is now available.
