Microsoft Surface runs Windows RT at launch, Windows 8 Pro later
Some additional tidbits about the Microsoft Surface that was announced today – the slate device will run Windows RT at launch, and will ship alongside of the RTM of Windows RT. Then we’ll see another variation of the tablet around 3-months later running Windows 8 Pro.
Besides that, the Microsoft Surface will have a 10.6″ screen, have an ARM processor, a full sized USB 2 port, and an add on multitouch keyboard case accessory.
