Nokia Lumia 900 screen wins outdoor readability test
One of the most impressive aspects of the new Nokia Lumia 900? The screen, apparently. Though it comes with a fairly low resolution for the screen size and category, popular site DisplayMate has conducted a series of very scientific tests and has discovered that the Nokia Lumia 900, out of every major smartphone they tested, is the most readable display to use outdoors. The test determined how well the phone performed in ambient light.
The Nokia Lumia 900 beat out both Samsung’s Galaxy S as well as the iPhone 4, though both were close seconds.
