The Windows Phone 8X.
Apple’s not the only one in town prepared to battle the mobile phone game in the courtrooms – reports have just leaked out that Nokia will indeed be suing HTC for design similarities between HTC’s newly announced Windows Phone 8X and Nokia’s own Lumia series of phones.
Nokia believes that the WP8X is just a little too similar to the Lumia for their taste, offering the device in a range of bright, vibrant colors with a very similar form factor to that of a Lumia phone, specifically the front of the device which they claim is “virtually identical”.
HTC just announced the Windows Phone 8X last week and is being promoted by both Microsoft and HTC as the flagship Windows Phone 8 device.
