Amazon.de appears to be getting a taste of being in the news these days, what with leaking the presumably official specs for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone just the other day. Today the site finds itself in the news once more as it officially lists the Samsung Galaxy S III – a phone that, may we remind you, hasn’t even been confirmed to exist yet – as the site’s “top selling smartphone”, beating out a slew of other Samsung Android phones.

Samsung is expected to announce the phone at their “Meet the Next Galaxy” event on May 3rd.

      Basically it means that more people are preordering the phone than they are buying any other phone outright.
