Sony, Google release YouTube for PlayStation 3
Excited about the prospect of showing your friends the latest episode of the YouTube hit Charlie the Unicorn on the big screen, but only have a Sony PlayStation 3 wired up? Well good news! Sony and Google have teamed up to make a native YouTube application for the PlayStation 3 a reality, and it’s being pushed through the servers and released on all consoles as we speak.
YouTube for PlayStation 3 has a couple of pretty cool unique features, my favorite being the “Your phone as a remote” feature which turns your Android phone into a full featured YouTube remote. Other features include basic searching, channel subscriptions, history support, and more.
